Team Type 1. I gotta say, these guys and gals are my heroes. RAAM 2007 starts on June 10th and has to be the toughest cycling event there is and this team is defending it's corporate championship from 2006. I'll be following the action closely for sure.

They'll all be sporting these amazing new wireless insulin pumps that have built-in glucose meters. These things look sweet because they eliminate the need to take shots during an event and also test your blood sugars at the same time. I'll be really interested to read the team blog to see how these meters hold up under the rigors of competition. For now, it's the next best thing to a cure..........
